Yes, I realize Basecamp has been out for quite some time. Regardless, I have made the mistake of using (and canceling) countless other “competitors” and I’ve finally seen the light.

Everything you need. Without all of the unnecessary extras.Collaborate with Basecamp!

First of all, you choose your name and unbranded domain name. You have
the ability to add your logo to the interface as well as the login without
signing up for the mega-account.

You can have as many managers as you need, once again without signing up for the high-end accounts.

The interface is clean, validates and is packed with everything you need.
Reasonable project maximums, the ability to add, manage and track to-do lists, messaging, design changes as well as the ability to integrate Campfire.

For me personally, finding the best way to setup milestones and charge accordingly has been the biggest struggle. Not anymore; you have the ability to add milestones, manage who’s responsible in order to reach them, and add private notes for your own design team.

It’s been said hundreds of times, but Basecamp from 37 Signals has single-handedly revolutionized how I interact with my clients.
